Sold for scrap 1984 to Azcon Corporation. Resold to Shearmet Ltd., Thunder Bay ON. Towed to Thunder Bay Oct 1985. Towed to Port Colborne ON Aug 1986 and scrapped there.

I wonder if any of the steam vessels were saved for the historical value. I worked for a short time on August Ziesing I was impressed at the machinery on board better than modern.
The last ship I sailed on. Signed aboard as a deckwatch in 1968 and also worked as a wheelsman.
