Sold 1893 to John Mitchell ¼ et al., Cleveland OH

Foundered Oct 14, 1893 off Clear Creek ON, Lake Erie.  Fourteen lives lost;  three saved by the Long Point Life Saving Station.  Enroute from Ashtabula OH for Duluth MN with cargo of coal towing barge Joseph Paige (which survived).  Enrollment surrendered Nov 17, 1893.
