Stranded Nov 26, 1898 northern Lake Michigan. Enroute from Chicago IL to Detroit MI with cargo of corn, stranded Nov 26 on northwest corner of South Manitou Island in blizzard. Refloated herself the next evening on rising water level, then groiunded again on the southwest side of North Fox Island to avoid sinking. Broke in two, then destroyed in another storm on Dec 7. Enrollment surrendered March 31, 1899
