Flagler, Florida railroad owner.  Chartered June 1901 by Northern Steamship Co. for the 1901 season to run between Mackinac Island MI and Duluth MN supplementing the service of the North Land and North West.  Arrived Ogdensburg NY June 7, 1901 enroute to Buffalo NY
