Sank str. James H. Reed April 27, 1944 in collision in fog off Port Burwell Ont., Lake Erie.
Sold for scrap 1969 to Steel Factors Ltd. Resold to Spanish shipbreakers. Cleared Quebec QC July 17, 1969 with str. Sir Thomas Shaughnessy towed by Polish tug Jantar. Tow arrived at Castellon Spain Aug 9, 1969.
