Fleet sold March 10, 1926 to Canada Steamship Lines, Montreal QC

Converted 1955 to bulk freighter at Kingston ON by Kingston Shipyard
Remeasured to 2309 GT, 1373 NT

Converted 1958 to self-unloading cement carrier at Kingston ON by Kingston Shiupyard

Sold for scrap 1965 to Steel Company of Canada.  Scrapped at Hamilton ON

  1. I have a picture of my Late Father Harold Cooper , in the picture he has a life bouy around his neck which says Midland on it. On the back he has written S.S. Glenelg Detroit River 1936. At the time he was a cook on this ship.
