Fleet renamed Misener Transportation Ltd. late 1978
Management transferred 1991 to Great Lakes Bulk Carriers, Winnipeg MB, a vessel operation and management joint venture of Canada Steamship Lines, Misener Shipping and Pioneer Shipping to operate their straight deck vessels, David K. Gardiner (COO of Misener), Mgr.
Great Lakes Bulk Carriers discontinued 1994 and vessel sold to Algoma Central Marine, Sault Ste. Marie ON and renamed Algoriver. Management transferred to Seaway Bulk Carriers, St. Catharines ON, a vessel operation and management joint venture of Algoma Central Railway and ULS Corporation to operate their straight deck vessels, ULS Corporation, Mgr.
Self-unloader and straight deck management organizations of these firms merged 2000 into a single firm, Seaway Marine Transport, St. Catharines ON
Laid up Dec 24, 2000 at Montreal QC and did not operate again
Sold for scrap 2002 to Turkish shipbreakers. Cleared Montreal QC Aug 18, 2002 towed by Panamanian tug Suhacli. Tow arrived Aliaga Turkey Sept 12, 2002.
