Entered service April 1961

Sold 1963 to Canada Steamship Lines, Montreal QC

Chartered 1975 for off-Lakes service and renamed Chambly Era (Br 188391)

Converted 1976 to crane vessel at Gothenberg Sweden

Returned 1978 to Great Lakes service and Canadian registry and renamed Fort Chambly.

Laid up Dec 23, 1981 at Ojibway ON and did not operate again

Extensively damaged Dec 6, 1988 at her dock by fire set by vandals.  Cabins destroyed.

Sold for scrap 1989 to Turkish shipbreakers.  Cleared Sorel QC Aug 9, 1989 with str. Nipigon Bay towed by tug Fairplay IX.  Tow arrived Aliaga Turkey Sept 19, 1989.
