Firm failed 1982 and vessel sold to McKeil Work Boats Ltd., Winona ON and laid up at Toronto ON.
Converted to barge 1988 and renamed D. C. Everest (apparently the new name was never formally enrolled with Canadian authorities).
Converted to lighter 1994 at Valleyfield QC.
Towed back 1996 to Hamilton ON
Sold for scrap 2006 to International Marine Salvage, Port Colborne ON. Towed to Port Colborne and scrapped there.
