Fleet went bankrupt Dec 1932. Vessel laid up at Benton Harbor MI and sold at auction at Chicago IL in May 1933 to Michigan Trust Co., Grand Rapids MI as trustee for the bondholders.
Sold at auction Dec 16, 1935 to John Roen, Sturgeon Bay WI.
Used briefly as a floating dance hall in Green Bay WI.
Laid up 1938 at Sturgeon Bay WI, partly destroyed by fire Nov 23, 1938 and scrapped 1942 at Sturgeon Bay.
