My father was a Wheelsman on the L.E. Block in 1935.
I have pictures of him at the Wheel and on the deck.
Was the entire ship scrapped?
Do you have a list of the 1935 crew members?
I have a picture of my grandfather standing in front of the ship. He worked on the radios
I worked at a building in the Milwaukee m ooing basin when the Block was laid up, Inland hired a shipkeeper, who was extremely dedicated, she never looked neglected.
