Fleet merged spring 1901 into Pittsburgh Steamship Co., Duluth MN, a subsidiary of United States Steel Corporation, A. B. Wolvin, Mgr. (home port to Duluth MN)
Sold July 15, 1928 to Great Lakes Towing Co., Cleveland OH, converted to salvage lighter and renamed Resolute.
Sold 1942 to Filer Fibre Co., Filer City MI and converted to pulpwood barge.
Sold 1946 to Roen Steamship Co., Sturgeon Bay WI. Found not well suited to the pulpwood trade and assigned to carrying coal from Toledo OH to the Ford Motor Co. Rouge plant at Dearborn MI.
In Dec 1953 delivered cargo of coal from Toledo OH to South Chicago IL on last trip of the season before layup at Sturgeon Bay WI. Wrecked on the Sturgeon Bay breakwall after delivery of her cargo. Since the repairs would cost more than the vessel was worth, she was patched to allow her to float and retired from service. Later used as a temporary breakwall at Harrisville MI during harbor repairs and then as a tie up dock at Sturgeon Bay.
Sold for scrap Oct 20, 1971 to I. Weiner Co., Milwaukee WI. Towed to Green Bay WI and scrapped there in 1972.
