Sold Aug 27, 1925 to Nicholson Transit Co., Detroit MI, Nicholson-Universal Steamship Co, Mgr.

Converted 1926 to combination automobile carrier and bulk freighter at River Rouge MI by Nicholson Terminal & Dock Co.
Remeasured to 3994 GT, 2847 NT

Stranded Nov 30, 1926 on Keweenaw Point, Lake Superior in blizzard.  Crew rescued by U. S. Coast Guard.  Vessel carrying deck cargo of 230 Chrysler automobiles.  Abandoned to the underwriters as a constructive total loss.

Hulk sold June 23, 1927 to T. L. Durocher, Detour MI but salvage abandoned and vessel scrapped in place in 1942.
