Stranded Sept 21, 1907 near Vermilion Point MI, Lake Superior.  Enroute from Buffalo NY to Duluth MN with cargo of coal.  Wrecked in heavy storm and broke up.  Six lives lost of 17 aboard.  Enrollment surrendered Sept 21, 1907.
