Bradley Transportation Co. Rogers City MI (home port Duluth MN)

Entered service July 1927.  On maiden voyage cleared Calcite MI July 29, 1927 for Buffington IN carrying a record cargo of limestone.

Fleet merged 1951 into parent United States Steel Corporation

Foundered Nov 18, 1958 off Gull Island, northern Lake Michigan.  Broke in two and sank in heavy storm.  33 of 35 aboard lost.  Enroute light for Calcite MI after delivering cargo of limestone to Gary IN
