Fleet went into receivership 1894.  John King and J. G. McCullough were appointed receivers. Reorganized 1896 as Union Steamboat Line.

Fleet reorganized 1913 as Erie Railroad Lake Line.

Sold late 1915 for off-Lakes service during World War I.  Cut in two at Buffalo 1916, towed to tidewater and rejoined.

Renamed Yin Tung (China) 1923, Ting On 1927 and Voo Yang 1944
