First vessel through the new Weitzel Lock at Sault Ste. Marie MI Sept 4, 1881

Sold 1893 to Cleveland & Buffalo Transit Co., Cleveland OH, T. F. Newman, Mgr. (home port to Cleveland OH) and renamed State of Ohio

Burned May 20, 1924 at her dock at Cleveland OH.  1 of 2 aboard lost.  Enrollment surrendered May 31, 1924

Sold 1924 to Edward C. Lampe, Cleveland OH and converted 1925 to a barge for the sand and  scrap trade.  Remeasured to 623 GT, 623 NT

Stranded Dec 17, 1929 while entering Lorain OH harbor in fog.
