Entered service Dec 4, 1974 clearing Collingwood ON light for Badgeley ON
Extensively damaged March 7, 1986 in a fire at her layup dock on the Welland Canal. Fire, apparently started on her conveyor belt during fitout work, also destroyed her after accommodations. Repaired and returned to service in Oct 1986.
Management transferred 1993 to Seaway Self-Unloaders, St. Catharines ON, a vessel operation and management joint venture of Algoma Central Railway and ULS Corporation to operate their self-unloading vessels, ULS Corporation, Mgr.
Self-unloader and straight deck management organizations of these firms merged 2000 into a single firm, Seaway Marine Transport, St. Catharines ON
