Entered Great Lakes service 1922

Transferred 1924 to Davidson Steamship Co., Bay City MI, James Davidson, Mgr. (home port to Duluth MN)

Driven ashore Nov 15, 1926 on Coppermine Point, 20 miles NE of Whitefish Point, Lake Superior and abandoned to the underwriters as a constructive total loss.  Downbound with cargo of sand.
Repaired 1927 at Ecorse MI and returned to previous owners.

Sold 1937 for off-Lakes service and left the Great Lakes

Renamed Adria (Panama) 1937, Corty Castle (Br 162135) 1939 and Stanhope 1946

Struck submerged object Oct 27, 1946 and sank off Tunisia, Mediterranean Sea
