Fleet merged 1911 into Acme Transit Co., Cleveland OH, W. A. and A. H. Hawgood, Mgr.

Sold 1912 to Continental Steamship Co., Duluth MN, G. A. Tomlinson, Mgr. (home port to Duluth MN) and renamed Chester A. Congdon.

Stranded Nov 6, 1918 on Canoe Rocks, Isle Royale, Lake Superior.  Downbound from Fort William ON with cargo of wheat, ran on rocks in heavy fog.  No lives lost.  Later broke in two and sank.
